2010 WMSRA Annual General Meeting

• When:
  Sunday, 7-November-2010, from 1 to 3 p.m.
• Where:
  Kalamazoo Valley Community College
  Room 8580 (lower level)
  Texas Township Campus - 6767 West O Avenue
  Kalamazoo, MI 49009
• Who must attend:
  As stated in the WMSRA by-laws, all WMSRA members. You must attend to be a Member in Good Standing.
• What if I cannot attend the meeting?
  Prior to the AGM the official must contact the WMSRA President (Scott Ryder) or Vice-president (Chad Szymczak) to be excused.
• Meeting Agenda
  
  1. There will be a review of the year, elections (President, Vice-president and Member-at-large), financial reviews, acknowledgments, committee reports, etc.
  2. Dues for 2011 will be collected: $30.00 regular members; $15.00 students/youth under 18. Make checks payable to WMSRA.

Notes:

1. The Grade 9 recertification clinic will follow the AGM in the same room from 3 to 5 p.m.
2. Grades 7-8 recertification clinics will be held on Sunday, November 21, 2010 and Sunday, January 15, 2011.
